iPhone 13 Pro Max vs Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra – Which is the Flagship KING?

– The iPhone 13 Pro Maxhas finally propelled. It’s the best that we have from Apple. How does it compare to thebest that we have from Samsung in the Samsung Galaxy S2 1 Ultra? Well, that’s exactly whatwe’re going to be finding out in this video by comparing all of the keydifferences side by side, SuperSaf Style. Let’s get to it. So the first thing I want totalk about is the building designing and both of these are verygood-looking devices, I’d say. They’re also exceedingly, particularly fee. Now, layout is certainly subjective. And the 13 Pro Max does looka lot like the 12 Pro Max from last year, the design hasn’t massively modified, but with the S21 Ultra, it looks very differentcompared to the previous prototype. We’ve got this camera module that kind of blends into the edge, which I repute looks really, really nice. Now for construct cloths, at the back, we’ve got glass. This is like a frostedglass on both maneuvers and it looks really nice, it doesn’t attract as countless fingerprints. And for the frames, we’ve got an aluminumframe on the S21 Ultra, we’ve got a stainless steelframe on the iPhone 13 Pro Max. Now, stainless steel is moredurable compared to aluminum. However, because it is shiny, it does entice a lot of fingerprints, so something be taken into consideration. Now for the width, although the S21 Ultra is slightly taller, the iPhone 13 Pro Max iswider and it’s also heavier. It has flat lines comparedto the arcked fringes of the S21 Ultra. And for those reasons, I is suggested that the S21 Ultrais more comfortable to use compared to the iPhone 13 Pro Max. Both designs do have an IP6 8 water and dust-resistant rating. However, that rating in itselfis a little bit misinforming because the 13 Pro Maxcan actually be submerged a lot deeper, six meters compared to the1. 5 meters on the S21 Ultra. So if you are going to be takingeither of these for a swim, you’re Probably going tobe a little bit better off with the iPhone 13 Pro Max. Let’s now move over to the spectacles. I study both of thesehave excellent spectacles. We’ve got a flat displayon the 13 Pro Max, and then we’ve got a curveddisplay on the S21 Ultra. The 13 Pro Max expose has whatApple announced Ceramic Shield. They don’t even call this glass. And the S21 Ultra hasGorilla Glass Victus. I’m not somebody who does quit tests.I’m not going to be droppingthese lustrou brand-new telephones. Right, durability aside, these are excellent flaunts, some of the best out there. They both exploit OLED technology. They’re sharp-witted, colourful, and most importantly, they both have an adaptive refresh rate, which goes all the way up to 120 hertz. That just manufactures everythingfeel so much smoother, whether you’re scrollingthrough your feeds, whether you’re gaming, you’re really going to appreciate this, and it time moves everythingfeel that much faster as well. Now, because we have adaptiverefresh paces on both maneuvers, that does mean they can goall the way down to 10 Herts. So when we’ve got staticcontent like this, there’s no need to berefreshing the screen 120 goes a second, that’s going to take up too much battery. So they go all the waydown to simply 10 hertz. But the S21 Ultra does get some advantages for the overall showing. Firstly, it does getbrighter up to 1,500 nits of top brightness. It’s also slightly sharper. It also takes advantage ofthe adaptive refresh proportion and demonstrates us an ever on display. So even when the screen is off, you can still glance at information such as the time and your notifications. This is something that I was actually hoping Apple would include, but they haven’t. And on the S21 Ultra, we do get a high screen-to-body ratio. So we’re getting more screenin the area accessible, and that’s because we have a punch out for the front-facing camera compared to the notch thatwe have on the 13 Pro Max.Now, the notch on the 13 Pro Max has been reduced compared to last year, so it’s around 20% smaller. It’s not as wide, butit’s slightly taller. Now, which you preferis going to come down to your personal preference. I do thoughts the punchout seems a lot cleaner and it takes up much less space. Now, one of the above reasons we have a notch on the iPhone 13 Pro Max is due in part to all the Face ID sensors. And Face ID duties really well, it’s very protected and very convenient. The S21 Ultra has an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, which has been improved comparedto previous generations. It’s larger and it’s also faster. Now, generally, if you askedme a couple of years ago, then I would say, it’s just going to come downto your personal predilection. I generally don’t mind having Face ID or a fingerprint scanner, nonetheless, over the past year where we’ve had to wear lots of concealments and we’re still having to wear concealments. I was going to Germany, pretty much throughoutthe time at international airports, on the plane, I had to have my disguise on, and that simply does it a lot more complicated to use the 13 Pro Max in comparison with the fingerprintscanner on the S21 Ultra. Now, there is somewhat ofa workaround for face cover-up with the iPhone 13 Pro Max. If you have an Apple Watch, you are eligible to bypass Face ID if it notices that you are inrange with your Apple Watch. But still, right now, if you were to ask me, I do prefer the fingerprintscanner to Face ID. Right , now let’s move over to the cameras. – Hey, SideSaf here. – Not this person again. – Look, I’m sorry, but did you know that 60% of the people watching are not subscribed? – 60%? – Exactly. So I’m just now to remindyou, if you haven’t already, maybe consider agreeing and too punching that thumbs up button if you’re savour the video, it truly helps out withthe YouTube algorithm. – Okay. Fair fairly, fair enough. You discovered the man, 60% of you are not subscribed, so why not subscribe and change that? It’ll become SideSaf happy. All claim, let’s move on to the cameras. So both machines have an ultrawide camera. We’ve got a primary camera, athree times telephoto camera, but the S21 Ultra does have an additional periscope zoom camera, which will give you 10 durations visual zoom. The iPhone 13 Pro Maxdoes have a LIDAR scanner, which does help with auto focus as well as depth information. Now, I have done a very detailed SuperSaf Style camera analogy between these two inventions. It’s like virtually 20 minutes long. You can go ahead and checkthat out after this video if you crave a detailed deterioration of all of the differentcameras and the features. However, only to summarize, I got to say that both ofthese have excellent cameras, some of the best out there. In my view, the S21 Ultra does have a better ultrawide camera for photos, it time has more consistentoverall dynamic assortment. And for zoom, anything above 10 eras, of course, the S21 Ultradoes an excellent job thanks to the visual zoom. You can even go around 30 ages and all the way up to 100 periods, although 100 experiences is somethingthat I don’t use often, but the option is there. But with the iPhone 13 Pro Max, I think it makes betterpictures at three times and it also takes better likeness overall with better border detectionthanks to that LIDAR scanner. And both machines can film 4K, 60 frames a second for video. However, overall, in my opinion, the iPhone 13 Pro Maxstill records better video. That’s thanks to the Dolby Vision with HDR giving you excellent dynamic series. Now, that’s not to say that the S21 Ultradoesn’ t have good video, it also has excellent video, and it can also record at upto 8K, 24 makes a second. Now, this does pasturing fairly heavy, but it’s a nice option to have. We’ve also get certainfeatures like Director’s View, which lets you preview the other cameras when you are recording. You are also welcome to do similarthings on the 13 Pro Max, but you will have tolook at third-party apps. And both inventions too have portrait video. That’s what Samsung announced it. Apple called it cinematic video. Now, cinematic video is better compared to portraitvideo on the S21 Ultra, and that’s because you have the ability to change degrees of focus, as well as how blurryyou want the background on the iPhone 13 Pro Max, which is very impressive. Selfie cameras are alsoabsolutely great on both machines and they also take great-quality video. Once again, I’m going to refer back to my detailed camera comparison.I’ll leave that association downbelow and in the cards. Do check that out after you’vefinished watching this video. Let’s now move over to the performance. So the iPhone 13 Pro Max is powered by Apple’s latest andgreatest, the A5 Bionic chip. The S21 Ultra is going tovary depending on your region. In certain regions, you’ll be coming the QualcommSnapdragon 888 chipset. And in other regions, you willbe getting the Exynos 2100. Now, recital smart-alecky, both of these are excellent and they do a great jobfor pretty much all chores. And accomplishment is notjust about equipment, it’s about software as well. And because both of these are running separate operating systems, it’s very difficult to say which one is the faster device overall.I think both of these are excellent. One advantage I will give the S21 Ultra is that it does have more RAM. And in my experience, it does do a better occupation of RAM management. This may be something down to the software of the iPhone 13 Pro Max, but I’m still getting same issues that I did on previous Apple maneuvers, such as if I’m trying to upload a video to my storeys on Instagram, if I leave the app, then the video will not continue uploading in the background. It’s just going to stop wholly, and then until I go back to it, that could be a few hours later, that’s only when it’s goingto start uploading again. On the S21 Ultra, I’venever had this difficulty. I can just leave something uploading and it’s going to carry ondoing that in the background. That might be partly down to the software. We have iOS 15 on the 13 Pro Max. We have Android 11 withOne UI on the S21 Ultra. Now, personally speaking, I enjoy working both iOS and Android. I think it truly comesdown to personal predilection. On the S21 Ultra, I dolike the One UI skin. It’s been gratified moretowards one-handed practice, so everything’s kind ofmoved towards the bottom. Something we’ve seen alot more manufacturers do, including Apple, because if we go onto the Safari browser, you’ll see that the addressbar is now towards the bottom. This is something that a lotof parties don’t seem to like.I perfectly love it, it becomes it a lot more reachable. We’ve now got lots of widgetsthat we can customize. And likewise some brand-new cool peculiarities, such as the ability tobe able to drag and sag between different apps. I still think that thingsthat are a bit more spaced out, particularly for the Max. I know Apple does this tokeep things consistent, but I do prefer the gridlayout here on the S21 Ultra. But once again, I’m goingto emphasize the point that it’s going to comedown to personal predilection. I genuinely use both ofthese, as “youre seeing”, on a daily basis and I judge I like both equally. Okay, orators. Both of these do have serious loudspeakers. We’ve got one in the earpieceand one bottom-firing, and they both patronage Dolby Atmos. They resonate utterly great. I really can’t pick awinner between these two. If you’re somebody who’sreally into your audio, I’d recommend checking out a video from my friend ThunderE from BooredAtWork, and he’s done a detailedcomparison of the speakers of all of the brand-new iPhonesversus the S21 Ultra, and there you can alsolisten to some samples. Now, to its implementation of theadditional hardware features, the S21 Ultra does nowhave support for the S Pen. This is something that’s sold separately but it’s definitely nice to have. It’s really useful to revise likeness and clue records on the go. However, there is no way thatyou can actually enclose it like you can do on the Note, but nevertheless, ifyou really do want it, you could get a case where you can have it and that is a niceaddition for those of you who recognize an S Pen. For the ports, we of coursehave Lightning on the 13 Pro Max and we have USB Type C on the S21 Ultra. I make, for me, it’s clear that the USBType C is superior now, it’s much faster aswell, and it’s universal. I have USB Type C on my MacBook Pro, I have it on my iPad Pro, and whenever I’m moving, I ever have to carry anotherLightning cable with me, which is super annoying.I wish Apple exactly switched to USB Type C. They may never do that, they may just go completelyportless, we’ll read. Batteries and billing. So the S21 Ultra does havea larger-size battery. However, length “doesnt really matter”. I mean, it depends on the context, but in situations of a battery, it “doesnt really matter” because there’s lots of otherfactors that go into it, such as the softwareand how optimized it is. Now, in terms of my experience, the S21 Ultra has given mereally good battery life and it does get me throughthe day absolutely fine. However, the iPhone 13 ProMax is absolutely amazing. Like, it’s one of the bestdevices for battery life that I’ve experimented recently. And I would say in terms of my habit, it does give me around2 0 to 25% more usage in comparison with the S21 Ultra. Obviously, everybodyelse’s usage will go, but I time have to say that the iPhone 13 Pro Maxhas terrific battery life and it does earn in this department. For accuse. So neither of these come with a charger included out the box, you are going to haveto get this separately. With the iPhone 13 Pro Max, the Maximum charging speedthat you can get wired is around 20 Watts. You’ve got 25 Watts on the S21 Ultra, so you we’ll get slightlyfaster accusing rapidities. Both of these do supportQi wireless accuse, which is really convenient, but the S21 Ultra cansupport up to 15 Watts. You’ve only got up to 7.5 Watts on the iPhone 13 Pro Max.However, the 13 Pro Max can get up to 15 Watts with a MagSafe charger. MagSafe was something thatApple interposed last year. And I got to say, it is nice to have, it’s opportune, but it is something that you’re going tohave to buy separately. I generally promote having auniversal Qi wireless charger where I can exactly stop my smartphones on. This is going to come downto your personal advantage. The S21 Ultra likewise does supportreverse wireless blame, and that’s where you can use the S21 Ultra to bill other inventions, even the iPhone 13 Pro Maxif you demanded, wirelessly.Generally, this is quite useful to charge some earbuds or something, extremely if you’re out and about and you precisely need to top them up, you can just leave them at the back. I don’t really use it that are frequently, but it’s nice to have. Ultimately, storage and pricing. Both manoeuvres are available in a 128, 256, and 512 gigabyte variant. Nonetheless, the iPhone 13 Pro Max is also available in a massive one terabyte option. So for those of youwho really like storing a lot on your smartphone, that is an option that youhave here on the 13 Pro Max.And for the expenditure. This is quite interesting. The S21 Ultra did come inat a higher price on start. However, it has beenout for some time now, around eight months, and because of that, the premium has dropped. So I’ve just had a look on Amazon, you can pick this up for around 970 pounds or around $1,000 trace. Nevertheless, both ofthese are flagship inventions, which you’re going to be looking at around 1,000 pounds or $1,000. And that is the comparisonof the iPhone 13 Pro Max versus the S21 Ultra. Now, in my view, both ofthese are excellent devices. I actually use both ofthese as my daily operators, because I like them so much better. Of trend, we’ve gotadvantages and handicaps on both sides. The S21 Ultra does have, I would say, an overall better display. It’s a little bit morecomfortable to use overall, it has support for the S Pen, and it also has periscope zoom technology, which the iPhone 13 Pro Max should not. However, the 13 Pro Maxshoots overall better video, in my experience. It has all the optimizations with iOS, which likewise sacrifice it excellent battery life, better than the S21 Ultra. But most importantly, I think it is going to come down to which operating system you prefer. Do you prefer iOS ordo you prefer Android? That’s what I envisage, regardless. What do you guys visualize? Which one of these deviceswill you be picking? Do drop me a comment belowand let me know your thoughts. And as mentioned earlier on, if you are interested in the cameras or want to see a detailedSuperSaf Style camera analogy, that video is going tobe linked over here.I hope you experienced thisvideo and discovered it is helpful. If you did it, then do smashthat like button for me. And if you haven’talready, then once again, be sure to agree. Make SideSaf happy and hitthat bell icon as well. Thanks for watching. This is Saf from SuperSaf TV, and I’ll told you next time ..
